Terms of Service

By using World Fan Wall (“the Wall”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these Terms. Please read them before buying a card or joining the affiliate program.

1. What you’re buying

A card is a spot on a shared digital wall, optionally generated as artwork from your photo. Prices are shown before payment. A fixed spot is locked to you; a bid spot is movable and can be pushed outward if others bid higher; a premium shirt is held for 24 hours and then passes to the highest queued bid. You are paying for the placement and (for AI cards) the generation — not for any physical item. Placements are digital and have no cash value.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email using a one-time code; you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country (at least 13, and 18 to join the affiliate program).

3. Your content

• You must own or have permission to use any photo you upload.
• You only upload images of people who agree to appear publicly on the wall.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory, or that infringes others’ rights or impersonates anyone.
• You keep ownership of your photo; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display the card you create on the wall and in related promotion.

4. Moderation

We may review, hide, reject or remove any card that breaks these Terms, with or without notice. Free (do-it-yourself) cards and uploaded replacements are reviewed before they appear.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because a card is delivered digitally and goes live straight away, sales are generally final. If something goes wrong on our side — your card never generates, or a paid spot can’t be honoured — contact us and we’ll put it right or refund you. Prices and any sale or discount may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is what you pay.

6. Affiliate program

• Affiliates earn 40% of the amount spent by visitors they refer who purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate’s link (last click wins).
• Commissions are tracked in your affiliate dashboard. You must provide a valid PayPal email to be paid; payouts are made to that address.
• You may not refer your own purchases, use spam, misleading claims, paid search on our brand, or bots. We may withhold or reverse commissions from cancelled, fraudulent or ineligible purchases and may close affiliate accounts that abuse the program.
• We may change the commission rate or program terms going forward.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, bypass payment, or interfere with other users. We use rate-limiting and other measures to protect the Wall.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the wall up but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may freeze the wall for maintenance. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Not an official product

World Fan Wall is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official World Cup organisation, team, or player.
